• 이 플랫폼은 개인화된 교육 서비스를 제공하며, 모든 수준의 학생들에게 24시간 연중무휴로 이용 가능합니다.

• 플랫폼 이용은 본 이용약관 및 개인정보 보호정책의 승인을 의미합니다.

• TutLive 플랫폼 서비스는 13세 이상이어야 이용 가능합니다.

• 13세 미만인 경우, TutLive를 사용할 수 없습니다.

• 13-17세 사용자는 플랫폼 사용에 대해 부모/보호자에게 알리는 것이 좋습니다.

• 가입 시 정확한 개인 데이터와 활성 이메일 주소를 제공해야 합니다.

• 각 사용자는 하나의 계정만 소유할 수 있으며, 중복 가입은 금지됩니다.

• 계정은 양도할 수 없으며, 다른 사람에게 양도, 대여 또는 공유할 수 없습니다.

• 사용자는 로그인 데이터의 기밀성을 유지하고 무단 액세스 발생 시 즉시 알릴 것을 약속합니다.

• 플랫폼을 상업적, 경쟁적 또는 교육 목적에 부합하지 않는 목적으로 사용하는 것은 금지됩니다.

• 🤖 중요사항: TutLive는 첨단 교육 시스템입니다. 답변에는 오류, 부정확성 또는 불완전한 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다.

• ⚠️ 제외사항: 플랫폼은 의료, 법률, 재정, 심리 상담을 제공하지 않습니다.

• 사용자는 어떤 결정을 내리기 전에 신뢰할 수 있는 출처에서 받은 정보를 확인할 것을 약속합니다.

• 🛡️ 책임 제한:

• • 서비스 오류: 책임은 최대 월 구독료로 제한

• • 부정확한 정보: 사용자는 콘텐츠를 확인할 의무가 있음

• • 외부 시스템: 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 책임 제외

• 무료 체험: TutLive는 Pro 플랜의 7일 무료 체험을 제공합니다. 체험 기간 동안 Pro 플랜의 모든 기능에 7일간 무료로 전체 액세스할 수 있습니다. 체험을 시작하려면 유효한 결제 수단(신용카드/체크카드)을 제공해야 합니다. 체험은 사용자 계정당 1회만 이용 가능합니다.

• 체험 후 자동 전환: 7일 체험 기간이 종료되면 구독이 자동으로 현재 가격의 유료 Pro 구독으로 전환되며 결제 수단에 요금이 청구됩니다. 체험 종료 전에 이메일 알림을 받으실 수 있습니다. 요금이 청구되는 것을 원하지 않으시면 체험 기간 종료 전에 취소해야 합니다.

• 취소 방법: 계정 설정 > 결제 > 구독 관리에서 언제든지 체험 또는 구독을 취소할 수 있습니다. 체험 기간 중 취소하면 7일 체험 기간이 끝날 때까지 액세스가 유지되며 요금이 청구되지 않습니다. 취소는 체험을 시작할 때 사용한 것과 동일한 인터페이스에서 가능합니다.

• Subscriptions renew automatically - can be cancelled at any time in account settings.

• Refunds possible within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (in accordance with consumer law).

• IMPORTANT - Loss of right of withdrawal: First use of platform functions (asking a question, generating materials, starting a session) occurs with your express consent expressed in the system and means starting the provision of services, which results in the loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with art. 38 sec. 1 of the Consumer Rights Act.

• In case of payment problems, the subscription is suspended after 7 days - data remains safe for 30 days.

• Prices may change with 30 days' notice - existing subscriptions retain the price until renewal.

• First use of any function on the platform (asking a question, generating materials, starting tutoring session) requires your express consent expressed by clicking the acceptance button in the system.

• ⚖️ LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

• In accordance with art. 38 sec. 1 of the Consumer Rights Act, starting the provision of services with your express consent results in immediate loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract.

• 🛡️ CONSENT PROCEDURE:

• • Before first use you will see a message with information about loss of right of withdrawal

• • You must consciously click 'I agree' to continue

• • Your consent will be saved in the system with exact date and time

• • We also save technical data confirming the display of the message

• 📋 CONSENT DOCUMENTATION:

• System automatically documents:

• • Fact of displaying consent modal (date, time, IP address, browser)

• • Screen and browser window resolution (proof of visual accessibility)

• • Clicking accept or cancel button

• • Complete technical data of user session

• This information serves legal protection of both parties and is stored in accordance with legal requirements.

• All rights to the TutLive platform, including code, algorithms, interface, logo and content belong to the Service Provider.

• The user receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform exclusively for educational purposes.

• PROHIBITED:

• • Copying, modifying or reverse engineering platform code

• • Automatic content downloading (web scraping, bots)

• • Using content to train competing systems

• • Creating derivative or competitive services

• The user retains rights to their own questions and notes. Interaction analysis may be used to improve algorithms exclusively in anonymous and aggregated manner (legal basis: legitimate interest - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).

• ⚖️ LIABILITY LIMITATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLISH LAW:

• • For service errors: liability limited to the amount of monthly subscription fee

• • For content errors: exclusively when resulting from our gross negligence

• • For technical interruptions: refund of proportional fee for the period of unavailability

• • MAXIMUM liability: amount of 12-month subscription fee

• WE EXCLUDE LIABILITY (to the extent permitted by law) for:

• • Indirect, consequential, moral damages, lost profits or future profits

• • Problems resulting from internet interruptions, user hardware failures, operating system errors

• • Life, educational, professional decisions made solely based on platform information

• • Actions of third parties, unauthorized access, hacker attacks on user account

• • Losses resulting from not verifying information obtained from the platform

• Platform is provided 'as is' - we strive for 99% monthly availability, but do not guarantee no technical interruptions.

• User undertakes to regularly back up important educational materials.

• In case of disputes, amicable resolution takes priority - please contact: [email protected].

• ⚖️ CONSUMERS: All disputes with consumers are resolved exclusively by competent general courts.

• ENTREPRENEURS: Disputes with entrepreneurs may be resolved by the Arbitration Court at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (with mutual consent).

• Applicable law: Polish law. Language of proceedings: Polish.

• Mediation before arbitration: in case of disputes worth over 10,000 PLN, parties undertake to attempt mediation before initiating arbitration proceedings.

• 부모/보호자 사용: 부모 또는 법적 보호자인 경우:

• • 계정을 만들고 감독 하에 자녀가 사용하도록 허용할 수 있습니다

• • 계정의 모든 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다

• • 튜터링 서비스의 적절한 사용을 보장할 책임이 있습니다

• • 계정을 통해 개인정보 보호 설정 및 데이터 삭제를 관리할 수 있습니다

• ⚠️ 중요: 부모/보호자는 플랫폼에서 자녀의 활동을 감독하고 연령에 적합한 사용을 보장해야 합니다.

• 우리는 13세 미만 어린이로부터 개인 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 사용자가 13세 미만임을 발견하면 즉시 해당 계정을 삭제합니다.

• Account may be suspended/deleted in case of:

• • Violation of Terms of Service or Privacy Policy

• • Attempts of break-ins, attacks on infrastructure or other harmful activities

• • Using platforms for purposes inconsistent with their purpose

• • Non-payment of dues for a period longer than 30 days

• Before account deletion, the User will be notified 7 days in advance (with possibility of appeal).

• Educational data can be exported for 30 days after account suspension.

• After account deletion, data is permanently deleted immediately, maximum within 30 days (except data required by law, which we store in accordance with privacy policy).
