• The owner of the TutLive platform is MEETZ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (MEETZ LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY) headquartered in Poznań (ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland), registered in the National Court Register under number 0001051530, District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division KRS, share capital: 8.7 thousand PLN, VAT ID: 7812055176, REGON: 526056312.

• The platform provides educational services using artificial intelligence, available 24/7 for students of all levels.

• Using the platform means accepting these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• TutLive platform services are available for:

• • Adults (18+) - full independence

• • Youth 16-17 years - with parental/guardian consent, but with own account control

• • Youth 13-15 years - with consent and supervision of parent/guardian

• • Children 4-12 years - exclusively through parent/guardian account with full parental supervision

• Registration requires providing true personal data and an active email address.

• Each user can have only one account - multiple registrations are prohibited.

• The account is non-transferable - cannot be transferred, lent or shared with others.

• The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of login data and immediately notify of unauthorized access.

• It is forbidden to use the platform for commercial, competitive or purposes inconsistent with its educational purpose.

• 🤖 IMPORTANT: TutLive is an educational system based on artificial intelligence. AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies or incomplete information.

• ⚠️ EXCLUSIONS: The platform does NOT provide medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. AI does not replace specialists in these fields.

• The user undertakes to verify the information received from reliable sources before making any decisions.

• 🛡️ LIABILITY LIMITATIONS (in accordance with Polish law):

• • AI errors: liability limited to a maximum of monthly subscription fee

• • Inaccurate information: User obligated to verify content

• • External systems: Liability excluded to the extent permitted by law

• • Technical interruptions: refund of proportional fee for the period of unavailability

• ⚖️ EXCLUSIONS COMPLIANT WITH LAW: we are not liable for life decisions made solely based on AI, provided that the user has been informed about this

• AI serves only as a learning support tool - it does not replace traditional education methods or human teacher.

• USER OBLIGATION: Every information from AI must be verified before use in important matters.

• Available plans: Starter (39 PLN), Premium (149 PLN), Pro (229 PLN).

• Payments processed by Stripe - secure and PCI DSS compliant.

• Subscriptions renew automatically - can be cancelled at any time in account settings.

• Refunds possible within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (in accordance with consumer law).

• IMPORTANT - Loss of right of withdrawal: First use of AI functions (asking a question, generating materials, starting a session) occurs with your express consent expressed in the system and means starting the provision of services, which results in the loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with art. 38 sec. 1 of the Consumer Rights Act.

• In case of payment problems, the subscription is suspended after 7 days - data remains safe for 30 days.

• Prices may change with 30 days' notice - existing subscriptions retain the price until renewal.

• 🤖 STARTING AI SERVICES:

• First use of any AI function on the platform (asking a question, generating materials, starting tutoring session) requires your express consent expressed by clicking the acceptance button in the system.

• ⚖️ LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

• In accordance with art. 38 sec. 1 of the Consumer Rights Act, starting the provision of AI services with your express consent results in immediate loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract.

• 🛡️ CONSENT PROCEDURE:

• • Before first AI use you will see a message with information about loss of right of withdrawal

• • You must consciously click 'I agree' to continue

• • Your consent will be saved in the system with exact date and time

• • We also save technical data confirming the display of the message

• 📋 CONSENT DOCUMENTATION:

• System automatically documents:

• • Fact of displaying consent modal (date, time, IP address, browser)

• • Screen and browser window resolution (proof of visual accessibility)

• • Clicking accept or cancel button

• • Complete technical data of user session

• This information serves legal protection of both parties and is stored in accordance with legal requirements.

• All rights to the TutLive platform, including code, algorithms, interface, logo and content belong to the Service Provider.

• The user receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform exclusively for educational purposes.

• PROHIBITED:

• • Copying, modifying or reverse engineering platform code

• • Automatic content downloading (web scraping, bots)

• • Using AI content to train competing systems

• • Creating derivative or competitive services

• The user retains rights to their own questions and notes. Interaction analysis may be used to improve AI algorithms exclusively in anonymous and aggregated manner (legal basis: legitimate interest - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).

• ⚖️ LIABILITY LIMITATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLISH LAW:

• • For AI errors: liability limited to the amount of monthly subscription fee

• • For content errors: exclusively when resulting from our gross negligence

• • For technical interruptions: refund of proportional fee for the period of unavailability

• • MAXIMUM liability: amount of 12-month subscription fee

• WE EXCLUDE LIABILITY (to the extent permitted by law) for:

• • Indirect, consequential, moral damages, lost profits or future profits

• • Problems resulting from internet interruptions, user hardware failures, operating system errors

• • Life, educational, professional decisions made solely based on platform information

• • Actions of third parties, unauthorized access, hacker attacks on user account

• • Losses resulting from not verifying information obtained from AI

• Platform is provided 'as is' - we strive for 99% monthly availability, but do not guarantee no technical interruptions.

• User undertakes to regularly back up important educational materials.

• In case of disputes, amicable resolution takes priority - please contact: support@tutlive.com.

• ⚖️ CONSUMERS: All disputes with consumers are resolved exclusively by competent general courts.

• ENTREPRENEURS: Disputes with entrepreneurs may be resolved by the Arbitration Court at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (with mutual consent).

• Applicable law: Polish law. Language of proceedings: Polish.

• Mediation before arbitration: in case of disputes worth over 10,000 PLN, parties undertake to attempt mediation before initiating arbitration proceedings.

• We pay special attention to the safety of users under 18 years of age.

• AGE CATEGORIES AND CONTROL:

• • 4-12 years: Exclusively through parents/guardians, full supervision mandatory

• • 13-15 years: With parental consent with mandatory supervision, shared account control

• • 16-17 years: With parental consent, but with own account control, parents' right to insight

• Parents/guardians have the right to insight into their children's educational activity.

• We make efforts to filter inappropriate content using available technical tools.

• Lack of communication functions between users reduces the risk of contact with strangers.

• AI systems have built-in safeguards, however we do not guarantee complete elimination of all potentially inappropriate content.

• We comply with child data protection principles in accordance with applicable Polish and European law.

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Parents/guardians should supervise children's activity on the platform.

• Account may be suspended/deleted in case of:

• • Violation of Terms of Service or Privacy Policy

• • Attempts of break-ins, attacks on infrastructure or other harmful activities

• • Using platforms for purposes inconsistent with their purpose

• • Non-payment of dues for a period longer than 30 days

• Before account deletion, the User will be notified 7 days in advance (with possibility of appeal).

• Educational data can be exported for 30 days after account suspension.

• After account deletion, data is permanently deleted immediately, maximum within 30 days (except data required by law, which we store in accordance with privacy policy).
