• Identity data: name, surname, email address, age (for personalization of educational content)

• NOTE: We do NOT collect sensitive data (health, beliefs, biometric data)

• Payment data: transaction information (processed by payment provider Stripe)

• Youth data 13-15 years: mandatory parental supervision, maximum until 16th birthday

• Youth data 16-17 years: control by minor, parents have right to access and deletion

• Parental supervision: parents/guardians have full access and right to delete children's data until 16th birthday

• Automatic deletion: system automatically deletes expired data according to above terms

• After account deletion request: personal data deleted immediately (maximum 30 days), accounting data according to legal requirements

• QUAN TRỌNG: TutLive yêu cầu người dùng phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu phát hiện người dùng dưới 13 tuổi, chúng tôi sẽ xóa tài khoản của họ ngay lập tức.

• TutLive yêu cầu tất cả người dùng phải ít nhất 13 tuổi.

• QUYỀN RIÊNG TƯ CỦA TRẺ EM:

• TutLive không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn là cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ và tin rằng con bạn đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi, vui lòng liên hệ ngay với chúng tôi tại [email protected] và chúng tôi sẽ xóa thông tin đó.

• Đối với người dùng từ 13-17 tuổi, chúng tôi khuyến nghị phụ huynh nhận thức và giám sát. Cha mẹ/người giám hộ của người dùng từ 13-17 tuổi có thể yêu cầu truy cập thông tin tài khoản của con họ hoặc yêu cầu xóa bằng cách liên hệ với chúng tôi.

• PHÁT HIỆN DƯỚI 13 TUỔI: Nếu chúng tôi phát hiện đã thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, chúng tôi sẽ xóa thông tin đó ngay lập tức và chấm dứt tài khoản.

• XÁC MINH TUỔI: Chúng tôi thực hiện các biện pháp hợp lý để xác minh tuổi người dùng trong quá trình đăng ký. Khai báo tuổi sai có thể dẫn đến chấm dứt tài khoản ngay lập tức và xóa dữ liệu.
